Just send us the empty bottle and we’ll refund you to the last penny, no questions asked. If after 30 days of use, you are unhappy and would like a refund, here’s exactly what to do:

  • Contact the Funk Supplements Inc team by emailing us at customerservice@funksupplementshop.com. We will gladly provide you with our return address, so as not to waste any materials, and a return confirmation number. This is an easy and effortless process.
  • Return the empty canister, the Funk Supplements Inc invoice that received, and the confirmation number you have been assigned.
  • It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes. Note: We must receive the canister within 60 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.
  • We will refund your entire order, excluding shipping costs, as long as all bottles purchased are returned.
  • We can’t allow resale of Funk Supplements Inc products, so empty bottles will be refunded only after sufficient time has passed for a single customer to use any supplements as directed.

These guidelines were created to keep you satisfied, while at the same time ensuring we can continue to provide a quality product to other happy customers for years to come. Returning Funk Supplements Inc without complying with our policy will unfortunately deem your transaction non-refundable.

After complying with the steps above, please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit card companies and banks as you patiently await your refund.

Funk Supplement & Fitness Shop Clothing And Apparel Policy: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Customer Return & Exchange Policy –  We do not provide refunds for buyers remorse. Defective or damaged products can be exchanged/refunded by contacting customer support no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims must include clear images. Please double check sizing chart as exchanges due to incorrectly ordering a suitable size are not eligible for exchange. 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Funk supplements Inc reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever
