    This challenge was tough, but one I’m very glad I completed. I wasn’t able to do 30 consecutive days, because I continued to workout at my Crossfit gym and became injured. Classic over-training mistake! My advice, just do the Challenge! Even the days called “finisher” are great active rest days! I struggled with the number of burpees in the beginning, but am glad I persisted, they are much easier now! I completed the 30-workouts 10-days after the official finish. My strength and cardio have improved as well as my swing mechanics. I would definitely recommend this Challenge!
